Project Scope

• Phase 1 Scope: analysis of a new Web site for the SAAM application, allowing the spread of the SAAM-related information across. The development is ongoing.
• Phase 2 Scope: development of an Extranet System for the information exchange between the SAAM Application users at EUROCONTROL. Several user profiles, download & upload functionalities, interfaces with external databases & data warehouses, documentation management, Private messaging system, FAQs, detailed statistics, reporting, LDAP interfacing, etc.
• Phase 3 Scope: enhancements of the SAAM application including the integration in the SAAM Internet Web Site including: New Output formats for print and save air traffic movies, Website improvements, development of movies and 3D animations + converting and importing in C++ Classes, integration of the SAAM window in the client browser, improvement of 4D trajectories around airports in SO6 Files.
• Phase 4 Scope: a maintenance contract was put in place after the delivery and is still ongoing today.
