During the last 12 years, we have brought valuable knowledge and expertise thanks to the various projects we developed for our Air Traffic/Aeronautical domain clients. Studies for IT implementation, data modelisation (airports, PACS, airspace modelling, SAAM, aeronautical Routes, 5 Letter Name Codes, Route Designators, AIXM 4.5 and 5.1, xNOTAM, xSNOWTAM, Human Factor, eLearning, etc), consultancy missions, development of fixed priced projects, maintenance of IT systems are part of our expertise.

Pulsar has established various partnerships with ATM specialized companies, and free-lances, which can bring us their high-level functional expertise in the fields of ATM, Safety, Airspace Modelling, e-learning, etc.

Pulsar is also a member of the ACCB (AIXM Change Control Board).

In 2004, Pulsar Consulting, acting as leader of the ITProATM Consortium (composed of 3 companies) was awarded the EUROCONTROL/CFMU Framework Contract for outside technical assistance.

Starting in 2003, Pulsar becomes member of THALES Consortium for MIS.

At EUROCONROL, Pulsar Consulting is thus now offering services to the EATM, CFMU & MIS divisions.

From 2009 Pulsar started working for ICAO Montreal.

Mapping your local database system to the EAD Database: Pulsar has developed for Eurocontrol three Mapping Engines used to map whatever database (SDO or other)to the EAD Database, and enable AIXM messages in both direction, update or snapshot.

We have also developed an ARINC 424 to AIXM converter and an AIP Documents converter. Pulsar is also member of the AIXM Change Control Board (AIXM-CCB). This Valuable expertise places us in an ideal position to assist and support you in your EAD Database Mapping project.
