Tudor Ivanov: Pulsar Managing Director, Master of science in Electronic and Telecommunication, NLP Master Practitioner, former Oracle senior consultant, focused on Web-related Information Technologies (Web IT), particularly experienced in business processes diagnosis, solution choice and IT implementation management.

Michel Goossens: Pulsar Administrator, Business Director, Computer Scientist, ex-Oracle, he has a large experience in Industry and Telecom solutions, both from sales & marketing and technical point of view.

Anca Mandan: Pulsar HR and Quality & Training Manager. IT Engineer, she was the head of the computer department in the ASD province de Liège. Specialized in requirements analysis, end-user contacts and acceptance tests.

Linda Laebens: Pulsar Financial Director. Computer Scientist specialized in Industry IT solutions, then in financial management, she's the head of Pulsar's accountancy and financial department.
